Disclaimer

At Fire & Ice we proudly stand behind our products.

Every effort is made to accurately describe each gem and mounting and each piece of art work. However, even the best photograph may not capture the true color, saturation or other non-technical qualities of a gemstone or piece of jewelry. Our descriptions are correct to the best of our knowledge. Although we make every effort to maintain a very high level of accuracy, it is possible that there may occasionally be an omission or typographical error in a description. Before placing your order, please review our refund policy carefully. Your satisfaction is our goal. Please note that pendants are photographed with chains to demonstrate how they will appear on a chain--but chains are not included. This is because chains are a very personal choice and vary greatly.

Shipping and Handling

Our shipping and handling fees are compensation for processing your purchase and shipping it to you in the safest method possible. Please review the details of our shipping policies carefully before making a purchase. Fire & Ice will not be responsible for any charges or liabilities related to any and all taxes or other government charges related to acquisition of shipped parcels, including but not limited to, VAT, customs, or other costs. Furthermore, Fire & Ice cannot track parcels which have crossed international borders. For security/fraud protection, tracking numbers are not released. We track parcels from our end. Please be familiar with your country’s custom and tax laws before making your purchase.

Fraud Protection Practices

We use anti-theft/anti-fraud procedures. These include:

1. We do not accept Relay calls. Hearing impaired person may contact us through the website contact page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. Tracking numbers are never given out. Delayed parcels will be tracked by us. No address changes are accepted during shipment. No exceptions.
