We ship UPS. Occasionally customers prefer another carrier. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for other carriers. Please note that free shipping is only possible within the cost parameters of our standard carriers, which are UPS and USPS. Customers are will be charged for charges beyond the normal shipping rates that we absorb.

Please be certain to review our 'Terms' page information for charges related to VAT, customs and other taxes for foreign countries. (Of course, because Alaska is a US state, these charges do not apply to USA customers)

Because we are in Southeast Alaska, UPS 2nd day air is actually third day air on most orders. Please be aware that weather may occasionally delay outgoing flights. We make every attempt to ship within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

Please note that as a fraud protection measure required by our insurer, orders over $1,000.00 require an adult signature, which must be the person designated for delivery on the package. We cannot make exceptions. Shippers will refuse delivery if the designated adult recepient is not present to sign.
